Winners were notified immediately, and asked to submit their thoughts of how the contest encouraged them to be creative in sharing Scripture.
To inform members of contest results, it was decided not to send just one E-mail, as this would be a bit overwhelming. Instead, E-mail messages were sent every week, each one focused on one of the four categories. This broke the results into manageable groups so that members could try and apply these creative ideas in their own lives.
The contest was considered effective, with several hundred entries, nearly 1,000 votes, and a library of creative ice breakers now available for future use in promoting the activities of League members.
